Longing and Belonging:

Teachings from sages and poet-saints from the bhakti yoga tradition on life oriented toward divine love.

A live streamed interactive yoga philosophy talk with Bill Mahony, PhD.

 In this session we will hear and contemplate the words of wise ones on a life oriented toward a divine presence deep within each of us that is both the source and object of our deepest longing.  So, too, we will see that this very longing can also lead us to a deep sense of belonging: to others, to the world, to ourselves, and to that deepest Love itself.

Soulful Steps!

with Sharon Young

Soulful Steps is a fun, feel-good dance-exercise program created for seniors and all who want to move with ease, joy, and freedom. Set to uplifting, 60's & 70's music, each class blends simple dance steps, flowing movement, and mindful stretching and breathing while providing a whole-body experience—helping you to stay fit, flexible, and full of good vibes. Move with peace, groove with joy!  Please note that this class can be personalized for your level of fitness and can be made as intense or gentle as you wish. Pilates With a Ball !

In these classes, you will use a pair of small weights, Pilates ring, and a physio ball to enhance your experience of an integrated core and overall strength. Using Pilates Method principles, you will develop focus and clarity of movement, experience your center core called your “powerhouse”, and expand your spatial awareness, while building your self-confidence.   Take this special and needed time for yourself.  Turn within toward the very source of stillness, renewal, and rejuvenation. Rest and connect with your own heart, your true home, and deepest core of being.   In this workshop, you will participate in easeful yoga stretches, deeply restful restorative yoga poses, breathing practices, guided meditation, and reflection.  Bring your yoga mat and a journal or notebook.  All welcome.
